1. General Eligibility for Returns

Item is NOT A PRE ORDER ITEM, as each items are made for the client and is submitted to the factory upon order
- RETURN OR REFUND FOR ON SALE ITEM IS NOT ALLOWED
Important: We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Exchanges (Defective Items Only)

Manufacturing Defects: We only accept exchanges if the product is defective due to manufacturing issues.

Proof via Unboxing Video: To help us verify the defect, we highly recommend recording a video while unboxing your order. This serves as proof if you need an exchange.
If you believe you have received a defective item, please follow the steps in Section 3.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
We strive to maintain the highest quality standards. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged:

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process an exchange (subject to stock availability) or a full refund, based on your preference, if it is confirmed to be defective or damaged due to manufacturing.
4. If an Item is Out of Stock
If your requested exchange item is out of stock:

Option 1: Exchange for another item of equal value.
(We do not provide store credit or refunds in lieu of an out-of-stock exchange request, unless the item is confirmed defective or damaged.)

Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or further instructions.

For defective or damaged items, a pre-paid return AWB will be provided by Innersejuk.

6. Shipping Liability

Customer Responsibility: Ensure that the product is packaged securely to avoid damage or loss during transit if you are responsible for shipping.

Innersejuk Liability: We are not liable for any return shipments that are lost or damaged when the return AWB is not provided by us. For defective or damaged items (where we provide a return AWB), we assume responsibility.
7. Refund Policy
If you opt for a refund (for defective or damaged items only):

Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. A credit will be applied to your original payment method or any alternative method you request.

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds: Purchases made during special events, pop-up booths, or promotional sales are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
